in realtà era pasta brisè e l'ho buttata, visivamente si presentava
bene ma l'odore non mi convinceva, sapeva un po' di burro-formaggioso
con lievissimo sentore acidulo

grazie, effettivamente l'odore ricordava proprio qualche acido.
