OFFSHORE WARNING: The offshore industry is under the pressure. We do
not now recommend offshore company formation services or offshore bank
accounts in the British Dependant Territories (such as Anguilla,
Bermuda, BVI, Cayman Islands, Montserrat and Turks & Caicos) or the
Isle of Man and the British Channel Islands. (Jersey, Guernsey,
Alderney). These have been traditional offshore jurisdictions for many
years but they are no longer suitable for asset protection because of
current and/or impending British and EU legislation (particularly in
BVI). We strongly recommend that clients with offshore structures and
bank accounts in these jurisdictions, redomicile to suitable
independent sovereign countries.
