Here are some facts which cannot be disputed as evidence that the plane that
we know as flight 77 was not the plane that crashed into the Pentagon.

Fact 1.

8:19:27 - AAL77: One two five oh five. Runway three zero cleared for
takeoff, American 77.

Fact 2.

9:02:17 - Indianapolis Control, Henderson Sector Radar Associate: we uh we
lost track control of the guy he's in coast track but we haven't we don't
where his target is and we can't get a hold of him um you guys tried him and
no response.

Fact 3.

9:06:31 - Indianapolis Control, Henderson Sector Radar Associate: no we
called company they can't even get a hold of him so there's no no uh no
radio communications and no radar.

Fact 4.

9:06:36 - Indianapolis Control, Dacos Radar Associate: and his last
clearance as far as you know is on course to falmouth and then jay one
thirty four right well we're just gonna treat him like non radar and we've
already told the next sector they're gonna have to sterilize for him until
we find out.

Fact 5.

9:11:25 - Indianapolis Control, Dacos Radar Associate: there's no flight
plan in the machine right now and -

Fact 6.

9:11:28 - Indianapolis Control, Henderson Sector Radar Associate: yeah I
just looked at that, too.

Anaylsis:-

Flight 77 was last seen 9:02

Flight 77 was lost off radar 9:06 about 370 miles away from the Pentagon.

If the application of law was applied here, then this would be sufficient to
prove beyond a reasonable doubt that N644AA (flight 77) did not crash into
the Pentagon. Evidence would have to be brought to prove that N644AA (flight
77) was the plane that had turned around and flown 370 miles back and was
the plane that physically had crashed into the Pentagon. It is, afterall the
Governments case that it was not any 757 that hit the Pentagon but
specifically N644AA.

Comment:Whatever aircraft was tracked by the Dulles atc, Ms O'Brien that was
thought to be heading to the White House which she thought was a fighter
plane because of its speed and manoevreability, clearly was not an aircraft
that she associated with flight 77 although a warning was given to the White
House of this unidentified aircraft. It is interesting to note that whatever
this aircraft there is no evidence that it had its transponder activated (a
fighter aircraft would surely have been identified by the atc at Dulles
unless it was travelling to damn fast)

Flight 77 went off radar and an aircraft was picked up on radar and was
tracked until it went off radar a few miles before the crash in the
Pentagon. So why did 77, a passenger plane NOT remain off radar for the
return flight and have more chance of NOT being shot down (for the obvious
reason)?

So I rest my case.

But one final point. Why hadn't the flight plan(or flight progress strip) of
flight 77 been passed to neither Indianapolis Control centres? Take off from
Dulles was 8:20 and at 9:11 it had not yet been passed through.
