Italian language can, at least vaguely, understand this:

Posso dirti che è scorretto anche come "lombard".

Comunque mi domando chi mai possa divertirsi con una scemenza del genere
(non mi riferisco a te, è ovvio).

No, tuscanian (italian) and lombard are not mutually understandable (they
are 2 separated languages).
