Se interessa a qualcuno ho preso uno script da un sito e modificato per poter scaricare da isuu qualsiasi libro. Occorre inserire due variabili e lo script scarica in formato jpg tutte le pagine da poi unire in PDF.
E' utilissimo per manuali o vecchie riviste!

Dimenticavo...è uno script in RUBY per cui con Windows occorre scaricare l'interprete mentre con i mac non c'è bisogno, basta lanciare il terminale scrivere RUBY e fare il drag&drop del file...

Non funge con mountain lion....o er lo meno io non riesco!!!

per i mac consiglio lo script in ruby che è già funzionante.
Qualcuno per caso conosce automator bene? sarebbe comodo fare in modo che scarichi e unisca le pagine in pdf e poi cancelli i jpg scaricati...

Lo script non fa altro che automatizzare quello che puoi fare a mano... se apri la rivista/libro e salvi il jpg delle pagine con qualsiasi software (con il mac basta la cattura schermo del sistema operativo) non fai altro che prepararti le jpg per futuro utilizzo...
Come ho scritto nel sito tutto, il materiale coperto da copyright non dovrebbe essere scaricato, ma allora, secondo me, neanche visualizzato, se non in parte (google mostra solo una parte se protetto).

Ho prepaprato un'app di Automator:
http://www.marcoklobas.net/sharing/ISSUU.zip
in pratica crea una cartella temporanea "ISSUU_Tmp" sulla scrivania dove
scarica le pagine, le assembla in un PDF e alla fine cancella la
cartella temporanea.
Prima di tutto, chiede l'ID della pubblicazione ed il numero di pagine
da trattare.

Se ci si mette uno sleep 30 ad ogni ciclo, ci si avvicina parecchio
all'essere a posto, visto che si inviano richieste (non presidiate)
a frequenza paragonabile alla lettura *umana* con browser.
