se ho defender disattivato (uso altro antivirus), posso togliere
dall'avvio la linea %ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender\MSASCuiL.exe ?
O serve anche ad altro?

Non lo so di preciso, ma so che occupa pochissima memoria (attualmente
1,5 megabyte qui da me) per cui non vedo motivo per rischiare togliendolo.
