Modifica del registro di sistema

cosa c'è di sbagliato in questo reg che mi dice che può importare solo
dati binari?

Ad occhio manca la prima riga con la versione ossia la prima riga deve
essere

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

seguita da una linea vuota e poi dai dati del file "reg", inoltre
ovviamente il file va importato da un account con diritti "admin"

purtroppo era proprio lì il problema.
ma per quanto riguarda outlook, non è cambiato niente
