How do create a Web Based app?

How do you create a Web Based VB app? I would
like to be able to create an application that
I can view from anywhere in the world.

Can someone please step me through the
process?

Try to read something about DHTML; with Vb 6 it's a great tecnology !
Wiith DHTML you can build HTML pages controlled by a true Vb program.
