I'm looking for zip code (NAP) (CAP) (PLZ) databases from :
Germany
France
GB

could anyone hlep me , please

GB - It's a nightmare! The post office (who controls them) has a database,
but they're very restrictive about giving it out, it's under license only!
You're best bet is a product like Postcode Plus (from AFD Software) or Quick
Address. Both of these have API's that you can call to look up a Postcode.

But you can access it via the Internet, at http://www.postoffice.co.uk,
this allows a limited number of postcode lookups per day - something
like 150!.
