Job Description:
The ServiceNow OCM Consultant is
responsible for driving organizational readiness, user adoption, communication,
training, and business transformation activities during ServiceNow
implementation and transformation programs. The role ensures successful people-side
adoption of ServiceNow platforms such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, and
GenAI-enabled workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Change Management
• Develop and execute OCM strategy for ServiceNow transformation programs
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
• Create business readiness and adoption plans
• Drive user engagement and organizational alignment
• Manage resistance and support leadership alignment
