Experience Required: 10+ years (Telecom industry preferred)

Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end platform implementations and enhancements, specifically in telecom environments. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive the delivery of ServiceNow implementations across telecom projects

· Work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams

· Manage scope, timeline, and risks across complex environments

· Ensure solutions align with business needs and telecom best practices

· Report status updates to technical and business leadership

Must-Have Skills:

· 10+ years of project management experience

· Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM)

· Background in managing telecom-focused IT projects

· Experience working in Agile or hybrid methodologies

· Excellent communication and leadership skills
