Role: Apriso MES Solution Architect
Location: Remote with occupational travel

Responsibilities
Own the technical design for Apriso MES upgrade projects.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure MES solutions.
Define integration design with ERP (SAP or similar), shop-floor systems, and reporting platforms.
Ensure performance, high availability, and disaster recovery requirements are met.
Review and validate configurations, customizations, and extensions.
Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators.
Collaborate with business SMEs to optimize workflows during the upgrade.
Ensure compliance with IT security and manufacturing regulatory requirements.
Skills Required
9+ years in MES architecture/design, with strong Apriso hands-on experience.
Proficiency in Apriso components (Process Builder, Global Processor Manager, Desktop Client).
Knowledge of MES modules (Production, Inventory, Warehouse).
Proficiency in Data flow control (DFC) & Standard Operations.
Experience in MES application upgrades and compatibility checks.
Familiarity with MES API/Web Services for integrations.
Strong documentation and solution design experience.
Additional: ERP (SAP) integration concepts, machine mapping knowledge.
Technical Skills
Enterprise Integration Strategy - In Discrete & Batch Manufacturing/Healthcare Industry (Mandatory).
APRISO/MES 2025 version & admin activities (Mandatory).
SDLC design flow in APRISO (Mandatory).
System Sizing & Capacity Planning (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience on Oracle or MS SQL database and Performance Tuning (Mandatory) .
Proficiency in Business Integrator & Machine Integration for Apriso (Mandatory).
GxP / Compliance Documentation (Mandatory).
Solution Versioning & Governance & Familiarity with industrial standards and protocols ISA-95 (Additional).
