Role: Senior Workday Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 3-6+ months CTH remote

Visa: No OPT, CPT, H1B

 

Locals to Richardson, TX or Chicago, IL area is preferred but not mandatory

 

Skills/Experience needed:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience as Workday Techno-Functional HR Consultant
• MUST have worked as Techno-Functional Workday Compensation Consultant in large companies with over 5000 employees
• MUST have 5+ years of recent expert level experience as Techno-Functional Consultant in Compensation /Advanced Compensation module
• MUST have experience with Annual Compensation Cycle
• MUST have strong experience with Configuration, Annual Compensation cycle, Data conversion & Testing
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating into technical documents
• Any Healthcare Industry exp is a huge plus
