Title:  Technical Analyst Lead

Location: NY (Onsite)

 

Need 10+ years consultant

Key Responsibilities

·         Conduct data analysis to identify structures, relationships, and dependencies in legacy systems.

·         Develop comprehensive data mapping specifications between source and target environments.

·         Assist in data cleansing and transformation validation through SQL scripts and automated reconciliation reports.

·         Prepare data profiling reports to assess quality, completeness, and anomalies prior to migration.

·         Collaborate with the Technical Data Lead and System Integrator to ensure technical accuracy of migration logic.

·         Design and execute validation and reconciliation scripts during testing and post-conversion verification.

·         Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document data discrepancies for resolution.

·         Support bi-weekly project reporting and contribute to progress dashboards and status updates.

·         Prepare Data Validation Summaries, Mapping Documents, and Cleansing Reports for Fund approval.

·         Maintain full documentation of business rules, data logic, and reconciliation results.

Experience and Technical Qualifications

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

·         6+ years of experience as a business/technical analyst, with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.

·         Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analysis, migration, or business systems analysis.

·         Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems analysis.

·         Proficient in Oracle 19C, SQL, and data profiling tools.

·         Experience in data reconciliation, cleansing, and validation.

·         Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data relationships and business logic.

·         Exposure to Vitech V3Locity or similar pension/financial systems preferred.

·         Skilled in documentation and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Certifications

 

·         Oracle Data Migration / Data Analytics Certification – Required.

·         Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) – Preferred.

·         PMP or Agile Practitioner Certification – Advantageous.
