Project Description:
Project involves
1. Working closely with UX Designer, Product Manager and Engineering team (offshore & onshore)
Position Summary/Job Description:
• Overall 10+ years of IT experience in application development.
• Techno functional BA with strong communication skills
• Strong documentation skills for creating accurate user stories in Jira
• Onshore offshore coordination, should be flexible with work schedule and should be able to accommodate late evening or early morning calls
• Should be able to multi-task among multiple projects
• Should be able to work with external teams and gather the details
• Roadmap alignment with engineering team for day-to-day activities like analyzing stories, creating stories, providing KT to engineers as required
• Knowledge of RestFul services and database
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Added Benefit – Retail industry experience, Contact Center industry experience
• Ability to lead a team and work with stakeholders
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Priority should be always for current sprint and planned engineering work
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide support
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand software design and architecture
• Conduct user interviews to understand business needs
• Analyze data to suggest solution or approach or telemetry
• Requires minimal direction and/or oversight.
• Understands the business needs.
• Participate in requirements analysis
• Smoke Test and UAT support
• Improve existing software proposing new technical approaches.
• Ability to navigate functionality with minimum documentation and minimal assistance

• Stakeholder Interviews – 7 years
