Position Summary/Job Description:
• Development work on the ServiceNow platform – Specifically Service Portal
• Integration work between ServiceNow and external systems
• Working on an agile team managing stories in Jira
• Collaborating on designs/solutions with Engineering, UX and Product members
• Working with BSAs to meet with Stakeholders to flesh out requirements
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT Incidents
• Documentation of troubleshooting steps for Service Desk support
• Working with Quality Engineering team on test steps for validation

1. ServiceNow system developer with ServiceNow Certified System Admin certification
o 5 years
2. ServiceNow API development
o 3 years
3. ServiceNow Service Portal development

4. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS

5. Working on an Agile team

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
• Experience with SAML and SSO authentication
