Role - SiteMinder Architect
Location - Portsmouth, NH
Duration - 6+ Months

As a principal information security analyst, you will perform software installations and upgrades, systems administration, operational support, and problem resolution for large systems.
Responsibilities:
· Provides technical expertise and support to client, IT management and other
infrastructure staff in risk assessments, implementation and operational
aspects of appropriate information security procedures and products.
· Provides ongoing Level 3 support for LDAP, Siteminder and other Directory
Service products. This includes upgrades, patches, tuning, monitoring, problem
resolution and identification of root cause, and troubleshooting escalated
Directory Service configuration problems.
· Performs ongoing log/trend analysis of services and evaluation of new
releases and new release functionality.
· Has active involvement in related audits and remediation activities
· Supports system engineering groups as required for ongoing analysis and
integration efforts
· Acts as consultant to customers looking for Directory Service
solutions.
· Acts as lead and mentor to other Directory Service team members.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least
eight years of solid work experience in Information Technology or an equivalent
combination of education and work experience.
· 5-7 years of experience in supporting a mission critical 24x7 production
environment in an operations role and experience in troubleshooting and
diagnosing systems to address real-time production issues
· UNIX administration and shell scripting
· Excellent written and oral communication skills working with developers and
applications teams for multiple lines of business
· Demonstrated ability to define and document operational procedures
· Ability to lead a team as well as work independently as a team member
· Administration of multi-datacenter HA SiteMinder
environment
· Administration of multi-datacenter HA SunOne LDAP environment
· CA SiteMinder SharePoint Agent Administration Experience
· CA IDM and CA Directory Administration Experience
· Understanding of LDAP / SiteMinder / SAML network traffic patterns
