Location: Doral, FL (100% Onsite)

Type: Long term contract

Locals are highly preferred, Nonlocals should relocate if they are okay

 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation, enhancement, migration, and integration projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project status meetings.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and best practices.
  • Oversee testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and release schedules.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and adoption of Salesforce capabilities.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including Salesforce projects.
  • Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce release management and deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware platforms.
