Role: Senior Business Analyst - Lead MES Business Analyst 
Work Location: Atlanta, GA

Contract: 6+months

Must Haves Skills 
• Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) 
• Knowledge of MES system interface to ERP system 

Nice to Have Skills
• Knowledge of Angular JS, SQL 

Role Responsibilities
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) business analyst with focus on providing consulting services for our client in the manufacturing industry. The MES consultant will work with project teams & offshore support team to assist with the implementation or support of MES and is expected to perform various roles in the support life cycle, including project management, software validation and unit testing. In addition, this role requires close interaction with clients and the ability to work and communicate with both team members and external stakeholders. 

Must have strong background and familiarity with MES software packages. Expertise in manufacturing operations in metal processing (steel, aluminum) will be a big plus. Knowledge of MES system interface to ERP system (e.g. SAP QM PP) including T-codes for troubleshooting and communications issues. 

Through MES team, provide support for end users through life-cycle document reviews, training, and turnover of systems to operations. Experience training end users and building training documentation materials. 

Strong leadership, organizational planning and project management skills, in addition to technical knowledge, is required to interact with coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. 

Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral) are required in order to lead direct reports, as well as interface across management levels and departments. 

Resource must travel to plants as they are implemented, and occasionally for follow up.The plants are all in the eastern US, except for one in the UK. The current deployment is in Oswego NY. 

When a plant goes live, about 2-3 times a year, they should plan on being at the plant all or most of the time for 3-4 weeks, including some weekends if required.
