JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

P osition: Network Engineer (Voice/Avaya) – L3

Location: Torrance, CA

Duration: 6 Months

 

Description:

 

·         L3 Avaya Support

·         Engineering Graduate with Good communication Skills

·         CCNA or ACA certified must

·         Above 5 yrs of Hands on experience on S8700, CMS ,AES, VM ,WFM and IVR

·         Knowledge on S8700 with G650 and G 450 Knowledge on Avaya Contact Centers like Split and Skill

·         Good on creating of Extension, Trunks, Coverage path and Hunting.

·         Knowledge on MACD and basic Trouble shooting must in, VDN,VEC, Routing

·         Hands on experience in backups

·         Preferred ACS (Avaya certified Specialist)

·         Knowledge on PDS and Genesis will add advantage.

·         Good knowledge on MACD , VDN,VEC, Routing and backups

·         Preferred ACS (Avaya certified Specialist)

·         Knowledge on Upgrades of Hardware and Firmware, integration with Non Avaya products

·         Knowledge on Project management ( Good hands on MPP and MS visio)
