Teamcenter data migration Specialist
Location: Chicago – Hybrid /Remote possibility if the consultant is awesome.
Interview Process : 2-3 Video rounds

 

Focus is on data loading expertise, Teamcenter data migration,data model deep knowledge and AWS knowledge is nice to have.

•       TC ITK
•       TC Bulk Loader
•       NX Load Utility
•       Java/C/C#
•       SQL
•       Data Modeling / Data Mapping / Data Migration
•       Part Renumbering
•       Functional experience on SAP PLM & ECTR
 
Role and Responsibilities:
•       Data mapping and migration process for SAP/ECTR into Teamcenter.
•       Able to provide best practice guidance for importing systems into Teamcenter with non-SAP standard product & part numbering schemes. Will also include commercial parts.
•       Functional knowledge to assist in business data modeling and mapping of source systems into Teamcenter. Excel knowledge of source-to-target is sufficient, will not be coding ETL, just assist in analysis.
•       Skilled in the TC bulk load utilities (csv2tcxml, tcxml_import, etc) as well as verification and debugging of data loaded with these utilities
•       Skilled in the NX load utilities (UG clone, UG import, etc) as well as verification and debugging of data loaded with these utilities.
•       Configuration and Teamcenter Data Model
•       Write custom TC functions in ITK API using C, C#, or Java.
•       Proficient in at least one language to embed ITK API code
•       Mid-level experience on SQL to be able to query data in other systems that need to be imported into Teamcenter.
•       The original migration data model was designed from SAP. Functional experienced on SAP data migration is a useful skill.
