We are hiring for Sr. US IT Recruiter who has the character to work under high pressure environment and able deliver set targets. Candidate must be able to work independently and he/she should be able to recruit highly skilled  H1b, H4 Ead, GC and USC candidates for our W2 and C2C positions.  7 to 10 years of experience in recruiting highly skilled candidates with excellent communication skills.

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience years in US IT recruitment(US Staffing company).

Must Have Skills:

    • Clear, concise, and persuasive communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
    • Ability to translate complex technical jargon into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks like LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals).
    • Strong understanding of Boolean search and other advanced search techniques to find niche IT talent.
    • Ability to attract and active and passive candidates.
    • Excellent interviewing skills (behavioral, technical, situational).
    • Ability to assess technical skills (even if not a deep expert, knowing how to evaluate them through technical assessments, coding challenges, portfolio reviews, and collaboration with technical teams).
    • Understanding of cultural fit and soft skills relevant to IT roles.
    • Skilled in negotiating salary, benefits, and employment terms with candidates.
    • Ability to balance candidate expectations with client requirements.
    • Handling the paperwork for accepted applicants.
    • Knowledge of US labor laws, ethical hiring practices, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) guidelines.
    • Ensuring fair and compliant recruitment processes.
    • A strong foundational understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, data science, AI/ML).
    • Familiarity with common programming languages and software development concepts.
    • Staying updated on emerging technologies and market demands.

 

·       Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Should have hands on experience with State clients requirements from state such as FL, GA, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa and DC etc.
    • Should have hands on experience with CAI Vector VMS and Covendis.
    • Should be able to recruiter candidates on W2 and C2C in 12 to 24 hours once requirement is posted on CAI Vector VMS and Covendis.
    • Should be able to comply with CAI Vector VMS and Covendis guide lines and upload all the required documents of the candidates in the portal.
    • Experience in recruiting candidates on W2/C2C/1099.
    • Able to speak with potential candidates/consultants with good communication skills and answer all their question.
    • Should be good at cold calling the all types candidates with proper accent.
    • Should be able to screen and evaluate the candidates for their comm and technical skills.
    • Should have 1 to 2 years of experience in using AI tools do technical screening of   potential candidates.
    • Should have hands on experience with using free Recruitment AI tools to screen the candidates for all the IT technologies.
    • Should be able to recruit H1B/H4EAD/GC/USC candidates from social media tools and other networking sites from his own connections.
    • Think out of the box and be willing to work well under strict deadlines and targets.
    • Should lead by example with regards to punctuality and discipline at workplace.
