Job Title: Cognos BI Administration (Insurance / Finance industry)
Location: Stamford, CT.
Duration: 6-12 month contract


Job Description:

• Excellent skills in Cognos BI Administration – Version 8.x and
should be familiar with 10.x. We will be implementing 10.x. Please be
advised that the resource should be for Administration and not
development.
• Resource will operate from Stamford and should be willing to provide
after hours support whenever needed.
• Should be able to operate independently – both from a process
adherence perspective and in technical areas.
• Should be so well versed in Cognos, that he / she should be able to
recommend best practices, config settings , trouble shoot issues, tune
for performance etc., and take leadership in directing about which way
to proceed during critical decision making.
• Experience in Insurance / Finance industry would be an advantage.
