Salary Range: 
SGD 4,800 for 4 years 
SGD 5,500 for 6 years 

SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER: 

Desired Skills and Experience 
Must have: 
• At least 4+ year experience in programming in J2EE technologies 
• Experience as project leader or project manager with ability to manage at least 5 project members. 
• J2EE, Spring, Hibernate 
• Webservices 
• Linux 
• Java Core 
• Willing to go onsite (US) when requested. 

Nice to have: 
• Basic UNIX (or keen to learn basic UNIX in some hours) 
• Unit test using JUnit, JMock 
• Big Data 
• JIRA 

Scope of work: 
• Manage a team of software engineers that architects and designs enterprise software products. 
• Write product requirement documents in high level, provide estimation, implement and track timeline development, and negotiate feature sets with the development leads and product teams from customer. 
• Be responsible for the quality of the software produced by the team and ensure that all programming work carried out by the team meets customer’s requirements. 
• Work for large project of high-profile Corporation in US. Get involve in professional environment with latest technologies such as: Big data, Cloud computing, Mobility, spring and Hibernate framework… 
• Communicate with customer’s development team in US via email, daily call, video conference, clarifies requirement, framework, project meeting. 
• Frequent opportunities to join training/working on-site in Los Angeles, US.
