Position:

Title: ServiceNow Process Consultant

Location  : Remote

Duration: Long-Term Contract

 

Minimum work experience Required:

·        ServiceNow Business Process Consultants – 6.5 to 12 yrs Relevant ServiceNow experience

·        ServiceNow knowledge in areas – ITSM/CSM/ITOM/HRSD

Responsibilities

·        Lead & collaborate with customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow platform to design and improve their ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/ITBM and ITIL processes

·        Work closely with customers to demonstrate and review OOB processes and analyse the need for customizations to support the customer to-be state.

·        Lead customer design workshops, business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders

·        Developing required documentation such as workshop agenda, presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities

·        Identifying areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons and risks

·        Close any gaps in understanding between the business needs and technical capabilities, and then define the appropriate process to achieve desired business results.

·        Become trusted advisor status with the customer throughout the engagement

·        Be a key member of an overall engagement team focused on delivering customer outcomes

·        Drive the customer process roadmap discussions and decisions, contributes to development of customer value objectives and plans to realize value

·        Reviewing user stories, their acceptance criteria, testing strategy and knowledge transfer while supporting customers in reviewing and approving them

·        Maintains relevant knowledge relating to certifications and current best practices

·        Providing support, training and mentoring to other members of the services team

Title: SAP BODS Consultant

Location: Raleigh, NC (onsite)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

 

Local Profiles will be given first preference.

 

JOB Description:

SAP BODS "Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration/ETL and 2 years in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA Data Migration preferred Extensive experience in ETL using SAP BODS and SAP IS with respect to SAP Master / Transaction Data Objects in SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP MM/WM, SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Quality Management etc. Must lead and drive cross-functional teams to understand to be landscape/processes, develop requirements, map data, and document conversion rules between source systems and SAP. Pre-implementation evaluation of data risks, working closely with implementation teams on analysis of source systems data. Strong solutioning skills required to design and implement technical solution and a data solution while mitigating risk. Ensure audit trail is in place for data migration and migrated data is traceable back to the cleanup / data enrichment activities and a clear line of sight to the source legacy systems. Work closely with SAP implementation teams to ensure blueprint is effectively understood and translated into data migration requirements / data concept documents. Creation of data migration blueprints (migration concepts, transformation rules, mappings, selection criteria) Coordination of all data migration steps (extract, transform & load) Monitor progress and quality of data migration, status reporting Must be proficient in Project Planning, Technical Solution Design and Solution delivery Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. URGENT NEED – NEED TECHNICALLY SOLID PROFILES

Need a candidate with Strong EXP on Palo Alto ,CISCO routing and SWITCHING.

 

Primary Skill - (Network Security): - Palo Alto Firewalls 

Responsibilities:  

·       Having minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in firewalls like Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco ASA and expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls 

·       Must have strong experience with Palo Alto 

·       Must have strong experience with PaloAlto IPS (PA-2050 & 3020 Series) & IDS 

·       Expert level knowledge of Palo Alto security features including Threat Prevention, App-ID, Content-ID, SSL decryption, WildFire, Traps, URL filtering, GlobalProtect and Panorama 

·       Understanding of network security concepts such as advanced persistent threats, intrusion prevention, cyber kill chain, zero-day malware, network sandboxing, and targeted attacks 

·       Strong network troubleshooting skills with ability to perform manual packet analysis using tcpdump and Wireshark 

·       Must have strong experience with Cisco IPS 

·       Manage the Authentication/authorization servers  

·       Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry best practices, concepts and procedures 

·       Work with design teams to review operational readiness of new projects, and contribute to solution designs and develop 

·       Manage and maintain the firewalls /IPS across the enterprise 

·       Troubleshoot internal and external connectivity and security issues 

·       implementations, firewall configuration changes, and projects requiring security operational support 

·       Assist the end-user, other IT professionals, and external customers in requesting security variances and implementation of subsequent configuration change requests 

·       Good Communication Skills and have good experience in managing Network Delivery from End to End.

·       Must be good Team Manager to bridge between Customer and HCL. Manage escalations.

·       Should have experience to work on offshore and Onshore model

·       Guide the Network team during any Major issues like P1.

·       Should have experience on writing and reviewing RCAs.
