🚀 We’re Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) & Master Data Management (MDM)

• Lead end-to-end EDW & MDM architecture and delivery
• Define and drive MDM strategy across Customer, Product, HCP, Patient & Geography domains
• Build trusted, analytics-ready data foundations with strong data quality, governance & compliance
• Enable downstream analytics, AI, and commercial use cases
• Partner with product, engineering, and client stakeholders
• Mentor teams and own delivery across onshore/offshore models
• Contribute to client proposals, RFPs, and solution design
🧠 What We’re Looking For
• 6–8 years of experience in EDW, MDM, and enterprise data platforms
• Strong life sciences data experience (Rx, sales, CRM, formulary, marketing data)
• Hands-on with modern cloud data stacks, ETL/ELT, metadata & data quality tools
• Proven people leadership and delivery ownership
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
