Description
We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to work on-site at
our Austin, Texas client two days/week serving as a key advisor in guiding our
client through an Agile transformation. The main responsibilities include
providing Agile coaching and training, fulfilling the role of a Scrum Master,
and assisting with technology and business planning and implementation. You
will be responsible for training corporate teams on Agile methodologies and
overseeing the development of Agile teams to ensure successful outcomes for the
organization. The Senior Agile Coach will play a crucial role in guiding teams
through the Agile implementation process and encouraging both workers and
leadership to embrace Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Agile coaching/training
• Working with Team Project Managers (PMs) to create training
curriculum.
• Act as a Scrum Master
• Assist with technology and business planning and
implementation
• Train corporate teams on Agile methodologies
• Oversee the development of Agile teams
• Guide teams through the Agile implementation process
• Encourage workers and leadership to embrace Agile
methodologies
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
• 10+ years of software development industry experience using
Scrum and Project management practices to assist with technology and business
planning and implementations
• 5+ years of agile framework and methodology development and
customization to implement and train other teams
• 3+ years of proven agile coaching and training on a large
scale with multiple teams in an enterprise environment
REQUIRED
SKILLS:
• Experience as an Agile Coach for a large enterprise
organization
• Strong leader who is capable of training others using a
variety of adult learning training techniques
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and
non-verbal)
• Excellent time management skills
• Capable of making quick and effective decisions
• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Software Development
• Appian or Informatica experience (or other low-code
platforms
• Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Leading SAFe, SAFe
