Role Overview: As a D365 CE Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) project. Your responsibilities will include project planning, resource management, budget tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
-Define and manage implementation project plans using established methodologies.
-Work directly with clients to understand project scope, objectives, and requirements.
-Identify and manage the resources needed to meet project goals.
-Accurately budget and track expenditures to deliver solutions on time.
Team Management:
-Develop and mentor consultants on the software and methodology.
-Ensure projects are appropriately forecasted and resourced.
-Promote best practices in project delivery, including templates, work plans, and methodologies.
-Communication and Collaboration:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and technical experts.
-Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
-Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 8 years’ experience in CE/CRM implementation, configuration, and system design.
-Strong understanding of the CE/CRM Technical Platform, including scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, and SDK.
-Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics
-PMP certification
-Agile certification
