📌As a Support Business Analyst, you will be a vital link between technology and business operations within the Fixed Operations department. Your primary focus will be on analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing effective solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless support and enhancing operational efficiency. On-call support may be required during this period.
