Position: RED PRAIRIE consultant Location: East DUNDEE
Provide SME level knowledge in support of 6 instances of WMS Wireline RedPrairie, spanning 3 timezones. Mentor current production support resources in troubleshooting and resolving technical production issues, including direct support to warehouse clients tier I superusers. Engage in MOCA development to resolve software bugs and or make enhancements. Respond to after hours callouts periodically.
