Position: Network Services/Support/CENTREX EXPERT.
Location: ELK GROVE VILLAGE...IL
Project Description:
(What project will the NPW be working on?)
Day to day answer point for end user community providing direction ranging from how to place MAC/Repair activity to coordinating departmental moves.
Job Description:
(What will the NPW do on that project?)
Provides end user training on how to use Centrex features. • Attends customer facilities/department planning meetings. • Manages/coordinates on-site technician work force and associated work load • Support AT&T Consulting Project Managers during O’Hare Airport Centrex to VoIP migration. This may include gathering initial information, providing input to solutions, providing updates throughout project. • Large Centrex MAC support/coordination or support. • Serve as an escalation point of contact for end users and be accountable for trouble resolution • Location is on customer’s site in Elk Grove Village. Travel to customer site at O’Hare Airport (distance 4 miles) is required • Required skills include in-depth knowledge of Centrex features, ordering processes, Microsoft Office and project coordination. • Candidate must have demonstrated skills in handling face-to-face customer contact and issue management.
