Urgent Requrement!! Onsite J2EE Solution Architect

Hi,
We have the requirements for following mentioned skill set.

Title: Onsite J2EE Solution Architect

Location: Warren, NJ

Duration: 6- months

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

We are looking for a J2EE Solution Architect who would also act as
project lead.
He should be able to draft the BRD, FRD and TSD (technical
specifications). The functional domain is not a constraint but the
resource should have drafter BRD's. The technology is J2EE based and
so the resource must understand J2EE extremely well. He would also be
drafting the TSD.Should be a senior resource with around 8-10 years of
experience, Strong communications skills, will interact with end users
on a regular basis. Would also be leading a team of 4-6 persons.
