Guideline Regarding your report of IDP / UDP 2022

Dear Students,

Hope you all are doing well. We are sending you the guidelines for the report preparation of IDP. Kindly go through it and prepare report accrdingly. 

Kindly change the date according to the current academic year. We will inform you the dates very soon once the schedule is finalized.

All of you are requested to discuss with your guide via mail in case of any query do not mail or message me or else we will not consider your final report. 

Make sure you make verify the soft copy of your report with your respective guide on or before 20th April 2022.  

Instruction for preparing the report :

1) Title of the Report must be Industrial Training Report.

2) Add a color scan copy of the company certificate in the report. If the company will give a certificate after completion of training, add a certificate later in the report. Keep a blank page in the hard copy of the report for the company certificate. For any query regarding the company certificate, discuss it with your guide.

3)  If you have worked on more than one project then prepare a report accordingly with the concern of your guide. 

4) Do color printouts of reports.  

Follow the instructions given below for the hard binding of the report:

1. Font color on the cover page: Golden (Sample is attached with)

2. Hardbound color: Black

3. Sidebar(Rim) of the report:

   B.Tech. I.T. (top)  Industrial Training Report (middle) May 2022 (bottom)

4. No of Copies = No. of students in group + 1 Guide Copy + 1 Library Copy

For Example: 

If you are in an individual group then 1+1+1 = 3 copies

If you are in a group of 2 then 2+1+1 = 4 copies

5. Add a transparent sheet before the certificate page & company certificate page.

Dear Students,

Hope you all are doing good. 

As per the guidelines you have to prepare the report and make it verify with your respective internal as well as external guide on or before 5th June, 2022. 

Make sure your report should be as per the guidelines. So better read the guidelines and prepare according to it. 

In case of any query you can communicate with your respective guide only. Make sure you print the report once your internal guide will completely verify it and inform you to print the report(s).

Names of director, Head of department and your respective guide should be as per the guidelines and also refer the trailing mail for the report template, cover and front pages.

In your external presentation you have to bring the physical copy of your hard bound report as per the guidelines and also prepare the final ppt for the final external presentation. You can prepare the presentation which include your entire IDP work with the concern of your internal and external guide. 

No need to make your final ppt verified. 

Make sure you should have hard copy of IDP / training certificate affixed or included in hard bound report. 

Department name should be 

Department of IT & CS in your report. Also the month will be June, 2022. 

Your report should be errorless. For any query you can contact your internal guide only. Students from Jenish sir’s mentorship can contact with the faculties with whom you have verified your final report. 

 Director’s name, name of head of department and your internal guide’s name should be correct one.

Your presentation will be based on your exam seat numbers. We will share the schedule of final presentation on 13th June, 2022. 

All the students can print hard bound of your report as per the given guidelines. 

If you individual then you can take 3 printouts 

1 for department 

1 for library 

1 for individual student (It is optional)
