Important Instructions regarding 10th Convocation of Uka Tarsadia University

Dear students,
Greetings of the day!!
Kindly go through the following points while coming to attend the convocation:
1) Students have to complete the registration process before going to Convocation Mandap (Cricket Ground).
Registration Venue for Students: G-001
Registration Timing for Students: 8:30 am to 9:30 am
2) If parents come to receive a degree on behalf of students, they need to submit a photocopy of the student's id card as well as their own id card at the registration desk.
3) Students have to take their seats in the morning session at the convocation venue till 9:45 am.
4) Students need to fill the alumni feedback form (google form) shared by their department training & placement coordinator before the registration process.
Also with this mail, seating arrangement for afternoon session (2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) is attached for your reference.
Note: Those students whose NOC procedure is remaining, have to clear the NOC process before registration. For NOC clearance, students need to bring a fee receipt of any one semester and library card/ID card.
