Description
As a Senior Business Analyst within Identity & Access Management (IAM) team under the Tech Delivery function, you will liaise between Business and Technology stakeholders in support of IAM projects. You will work within a team to add application functionality and solve business problems using standard project management/business analysis lifecycle practices.
Work with IAM architects, application developers, consultants and vendors to analyze business requirements, business specific IAM scenarios, document and define processes that meet the business needs of the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans.
The core responsibilities of this position include: producing project scope documents, detailed project requirements, complex data analysis, data mapping, test scripts, and other project documentation. Participating in meetings, building effective relationships with the business; managing to deadlines and project deliverables. Identity Management Analyst will also work with business users, Identity Management personnel as well as all other IT personnel to bring about timely resolution to all questions or needs related to access certification, birthright provisioning, business application provisioning, reporting, and audit concerns.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of business analysis experience with IAM process and controls, preferably in insurance industry or other highly regulated environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Identity and Access Governance, Access Certification and Provisioning tools such as SailPoint IIQ
• Strong knowledge and experience in user provisioning, entitlement review and certification, enterprise directory architecture and design, role based access control, single sign on and privileged access management
• Ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing business needs and operational directives and deliver superior results.
• Ability to take ownership of systems and processes and work both independently and in collaboration with team members
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions
• Can dissect complex situations and guide teams to focus on most critical tasks
• Well organized, with good attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt information delivery based on target audience
