Secondo voi, è possibile?
Penso che se la cosa funziona con i telefonini dovrebbe essere funzionale
anche per LibreOffice.... Ma come?

Si chiama Speech To Text, prova a fare delle ricerche.
In due secondi ho trovato questo:

Sembra che sia una funzionalità del sistema operativo, e poi bisogna
