Position: Trainee Product Support Engineer.

Number of Vacancies: 8-10 [Based on candidate's quality].

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Caliber products to Customers.
• Customer relationship and Customer Management
• On-site build Installations and configurations.
• Ensure thorough understanding of the customer requirements.
• Document all User Requirement Specifications (URS)
• Assist product specialist in Project kickoff and project planning
• Execution of UAT/SAT (User Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test)
• Execution of Installation Qualification protocol
• Train the end-users on Caliber Products
• Installation of production build and Database maintenance plan creation
• Onsite support and customer call handling
• Reproduce the reported issues or test case at offshore
• Patch updation and maintenance
• Executive any other activity assigned by the supervisor
• Identify the user expectations and wish list preparation
• Installation of training, UAT and production builds
• Execution of Operational Qualification
• Support to customer on PQ execution
• Interface Configurations.

Job locational: Industrial Estates Sanathnagar, Hyderabad.

Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA.
(Preferred) Stream or Branch: CS/IT/ECE/EIE.
Other Skills Preferred: Knowledge of ASP.net basics, OOPs basics, RDBMS basics, Good Analytical & Communication Skills

Salary Details :
Salary / Stipend to be offered during the training or probation period: INR.12,000/-.
Salary / Stipend to be offered after the training or probation period: INR.15,000/- + Medical Insurance
Yearly appraisal after successful completion of 1 Year in the organization.

Training period: 6 months w.e.f date of joining.

Service Agreement: The candidate will have 02 years service bond, disobeying the same will be subjected to a penalty amount of (monthly salary x remaining months to complete the service bond)

Step 01: Telephonic Interview [Technical + HR]
Step 02: Skype Interview round
Step 03: Result Declaration & Issuing offer letter to the selected candidates.
