·         2015 Engineering pass outs
·         Have a min 1st class (60%) scores from 10th standard onwards
·         IT stream (EEE, ECE & CSC, IT)
·         Flexible to working in shifts
·         Have good communication skill- both written and oral.

JOB PROFILE/TITLE : Management Trainee Program

The Contract period is for 6 months during which they are trained and made to buddy with a Senior to learn/ understand work. Post training subject to their performance they are converted as Genpact employees on Genpact payroll.

They are paid a Stipend of 10Kp.m during their training period (OF 6 MONTHS). AFTER CONFIRMATION, PROPER GRADE AND SALARY STRUCTURE AS PER COMPANY RULES.
