Hi All,

Please find attached the Agenda for the Diwali meeting scheduled for 2PM today. During the meeting we will go through all the items and allocate the responsibilities acceptable to the team. I have tentatively allocated the tasks, which are subject to further discussion during the meeting.Please go through the Agenda and add anything which you may find necessary for inclusion in the Agenda items. After our normal meeting we are going to have meeting with the stall owners. i have not prepared any details of that. Jignesh ji / Mahesh ji, can you please prepare some details which we are supposed to provide to the stall owners during the meeting with them. I will not be present during the meeting with the stall owners.

Carlton, can you please organise the room for both the meetings.Also invite patrick and others to be there if they can.

Jignesh Ji, Can you please advise Dipesh/ Jogia ji from Gujrati Samaj to be present.
