This year marks the most sacred 75th Vyasa Puja celebration of our beloved Guru Maharaj, H.H. Radhanath Swami. To honor this milestone, we wish to make the offerings a little more elaborate while maintaining the essence of cooperation and heartfelt gratitude to our Gurudeva.

The celebration will be held in Mountain View, with tentative timings of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including setup and cleanup).

✨ Proposed Sevas & Offerings ✨

1. Offering Book

   • A heartfelt compilation of offerings from devotees to be presented to Guru Maharaj.

   • The book needs to be ready for printing by November 1st.

   • We are looking for one or two devotees to lead this effort. Please signup here.

2. Dramas Depicting Guru Maharaj’s Glorious Life, Mood or teaching

   • Short dramas to illustrate the divine qualities and inspiring journey of our Gurudeva.

   • Devotees are encouraged to sign up as Directors to take the lead. Please signup here.

   • Each drama should be beautifully presented with devotee actors, sound system, and backdrops, making it an offering of excellence and devotion.

3. Teaser Videos and/or PPT Presentations

   • Short offerings (5–10 minutes each) depicting Guru Maharaj’s teachings, mood, and life.

   • Devotees inspired to prepare videos or presentations are welcome to signup here.

4. Creative Offerings

   • Poetry (including Sanskrit compositions),  or Vyasa Puja-themed  Game/Bingo, to both glorify Gurudeva and engage devotees’ talents in a joyful yet spiritual mood.

5. IMPORTANT  Cooking Seva

   • IMP- Two Cooking Leads are needed to finalize the menu (in consultation with devotees), coordinate the kitchen seva, and ensure prasadam distribution is organized. Please signup here.

6. Decor, Setup & Cleanup Leads

   • We need leads to oversee decoration, setup, and cleanup, ensuring the entire celebration is conducted smoothly. Please signup here.

7. Additional Ideas Welcome

• Besides the above, devotees are encouraged to bring in fresh, creative offering ideas to enrich this Vyasa Puja.

Malini Mataji has suggested that this year, we invite newer leads to take ownership of different aspects of the celebration, allowing fresh ideas and greater participation from the community.

We will be discussing these plans further in our upcoming meeting. Hari Sankirtana Prabhu, Malini Mataji, Haldhara Prabhu, and myself will share more details on planning, expectations, and next steps.

Let us come together, united in service and love, to glorify the lotus feet of our beloved Gurudeva on this most special occasion.
