Service Tips for Dometic Fridge

Hi all,

I've attached a copy of a Service Tips document for my fridge in case you have a similar one in your van.

It covers the DOMETIC Models RM2310, 2410, 2452, 2453, 2552, 2553, 2510, 2610 and 2810. 

I hope it is of some use.

Just turned over 104K and on my way to Gore around 7pm a few weeks back to find the rolling hill between Dunedin to Gore increased in size and number from the last time I traveled this road. I had noticed the clutch slipping under load earlier but being an optimist I chanced what I remembered as an easy run to make an appointment in Gore the following morning. It wasn't to be, I ended up on a low loader to Invercargill arriving around midnght and $350 less. 

Auto Salavage at 44 Mersey Street Invercargil 0800 288 674, and their mechanic Lindsay come to the fore and I thank them for their excellent work in getting Bojangles back on the road by 3pm. A new clutch, thrust race, machined flywheel and rear engine seal cost $650, but Bojangles should be good for another 100k.

I finished the job in Gore by 5:30pm and headed to my fishing spot at Lake Opuha near N/W of Fairlie about 25kms arriving around midnight.
