a) Install a previous version of node that uses another version of npm, as node 16.13.2, that comes with npm 8.1.2. Personally I have several versions of node through nvm (node version manager) for windows.
I had the same issue, I was using choco to manage it better on windows. The solution was to uninstall nvm using choco and reinstall it again, then just download and use the latest version of npm/node.

The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is perhaps one of the more well-known aircraft of the 21st century. Designed from the ground up as a replacement for the existing 767 line, its goal was to be the dream plane for pilots, operators, and passengers alike. With its streamlined flight deck, large screen displays, and perhaps the nicest feature, the brand new HGS displays for both the Captain and FO, a first in commercial airliners. For the airlines, the Dreamliner opened the doors to point to point flights, plus new direct flights to airports previously only reached by connecting flights, and with a range of 7,300 and 7,560nm for the 787-8 and -9, it has opened the doors to direct point to point flights.
If you have the "Aerosoft ATR 72-500 XP 12 Patch v ** " already installed, you just need to download "Aerosoft ATR 72-500 XP-12 Patch v1.8 FIX.zip" and follow the "How to install.txt" included in the zip
If you have no previous version of this installed, download "Aerosoft ATR 72-500 XP-12 Patch v1.8 FULL.zip" and follow the instructions shown in the included "How to install.txt"
Please bear in mind that for V1.8, tyres are much more sensitive with grip loss when out of the desired pressure windows. Keeping them in the pressure window will reap huge rewards now and falling outside you will experience a lot of grip/time loss.
Our Themed Window can now act as a dialog window and show dialog buttons defined in XAML or code behind. We've also replaced the legacy DXMessageBox with ThemedMessageBox that matches the ThemedWindow's style. Both dialog windows (ThemedWindow and ThemedMessageBox) can be used on a standalone basis and in our MVVM services.
@DavidColey I'm running into the same error when deploying v1.8. It looks like Visual Studio is needed but it's not listed on the requirements page. I have a support case open with ESRI so I'll keep troubleshooting.
