we did an Istsos server but now we can't interface it with the server

Hi, we are trying to do an Istsos project with a small weather station built with a 4onse card and some sensors but it doesn't work, we did an Istsos server but now we can't interface it with the server, we want to comunicate with the card through wifi and GSM, we are doing with school in Italy, thanks in advance.
