to Interpretable STS Semeval Task
Dear Organizers,
At http://alt.qcri.org/semeval2016/task2/index.php?id=detailed-task-description several perl scripts are mentioned but I could not find them on the homepage, I also could not find links in the STS Wiki or on previous task's homepages.
Could you point me to the place where I can find wellformed.pl and evalF1.pl ?

they will be made available shortly with the train data.
in the meantime you can check the data and tools for semeval 2015 task 2
