Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an industry-standard methodology for measuring and controlling quality during the manufacturing process. Quality data in the form of Product or Process measurements are obtained in real-time during manufacturing.
This course will facilitate the participants to understand
variation and establish the control limits of any process and monitoring by periodical analysis of the process to ensure defect free product.
Ø Every process has variations due to common causes and special causes, eliminate assignable causes and also effectively establish adequate controls for process variance.
Participants will be provided with thorough understanding of the following areas to ensure defect free process.

Ø Identifying the nature of process variation by observing the outcome of histograms
