    One Day Workshops on

1.      “Interviewing Skills” on 17th October 2015, Saturday 

Right Recruitment is the gateway for our organizations success. By not understanding rightly the art of interviewing, we recruit liabilities, spoil our team working and pull down our achievements. This training imparts knowledge and skills in understanding the job, preparing the JD, the art of interviewing, understanding the candidates by reading between their words and reading the words not spoken, understanding their body language, understanding what to ask, how to assess attitudes and personality skills and select the right candidates.

2.     “Supervisory Skills Development” on 16th October 2015, Friday

This training develops effective Supervisors who can take their team toward excellence. This training helps participant to understand Production and Quality in broader sense, makes them discover themselves, their strength & weakness, helps them undergo personality correction and creates self-confidence in them, imparts leadership, goal seating and goal driving skills. This training also imparts Team Building, Communication, IPR and Decision Making skills and skill of Creating Acceptance through communication and developing Positive Discipline.

                                                                                 

3.     “Effective Communication Skills” on 15th October 2015, Thursday

This training helps the participants to identify the barriers of communication and overcome them. This training makes the participants understand communication in its wider sense and rightly use communication as a tool of creating acceptance and recognition in the team. This training also improves body language, presentation Skills and Negation Skills and builds in self confidence in the participants.

 

4.”Personality & Leadership Development” on 24th October 2015, Saturday 

This training gives an understanding of the personality of the participants, works on their personality correction, builds up self confidence in the participants and develops them as a very effective Leaders who can effectively build up their teams and take it along with them towards excellence.  This training makes the participants identify their strengths and weaknesses & discover their core competency and charge them with motivation and imparts in them the skill of getting accepted in a team  & being successful.

 

5. IPR & Team Working Skills on 23rd October 2015, Friday

This training imparts Skills for developing Positive attitude and good acceptance in the team, building up good relationship. This training also imparts Knowledge & Skills in working together as a team, building up bond and oneness towards understanding and achieving team targets.
