Seclore Technology Limited a Bombay based multinational company visiting on Thursday, 1st April 2010, at BVM Engineering College, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat for Campus recruitment for thos students of MCA and BE who will pass in year 2010.

Dear Pawan Dwivedi,

This is in regards to the campus placements at BVM. We are planning to visit your campus on 1 April and complete the whole process on the same day. For this, we will have to follow a very strict time schedule. I have attached the following alongwith the mail -

1. Recruitment Process and Schedule for the day

2. Presentation on the company & the details of poisitions etc. Let me know if you need any other information.

3. Job Description

It will be good if you can display these and make the candidates aware of this recruitment drive in advance.

We will need following from you -

1. Auditorium where we can give pre-placement talk to candidates. This should be big enough to accomodate the candidates.

2. Projector for running the PPT. We will get our laptops. Mike / Speaker system.

3. Auditorium where tests can be conducted. (Can be same as above)

4. A room where we can place all our bags, material etc.

5. 3-4 Small rooms where we can conduct interviews.

6. Printer to printout offer letters.

7. One coordinator from your side who will help us with any other requirements.
