Hare Krsna!

Please tell me, did Srila Prabhupada authorize the installation of Sri Sri Prahlada Nrsimha Deities in ISKCON temples? (not images, but as the MAIN DEITIES in the temple).

the altar looks like this (in attachment)

Prabhu, please answer.

We want to know how it was in the presence of Srila Prabhupada, so we turn to his disciples who remained faithful to him

Kindly see Srila Prabhupada's letter to Hansadutta
regarding Narasimha Deities.

I sent it a few days ago.  It should be a separate asana like a separate temple.

With regards Hare Krishna

Hare Krishna!
Please, accept my obeisances.

Thank you very much, Yasoda-nandana Prabhu.
So Lord Nrsimha and Lord Jagannath cannot be worshiped on the same temple.

Prabhu, please advise how it should be right?

I came to the temple of prabhupadanuga in Ukraine (probably the only one in the country).
The devotees talked about how the Deities are worshiped here.

Now in the temple in one building, small Deities have long been worshiped:
Sri Sri Prahlada-Nrsimha (these are the main Deities),
Sri Sri Jagannatha Baladeva Subhadra,
Shri Giriraj (earlier there was a stone from Govardhan Hill, now His shoes remained)

Also been here before the Deities of Sri Sri Radha-Rasabihari, now they are not (but photos of the Deities are kept on the altar)
There is also an image of Pancha-tattva.
You can see it all in the photo. I sent before.

The altar is small, divided by partitions (like windows), but there is no separate altar for each Deity.

There are always some difficulties in the temple, and in the relationship between the devotees and in the financial sphere, preaching can hardly be called effective.
I think that this may be due to the fact that there are violations in Deity worship, due to ignorance of Srila Prabhupada's instructions on this matter.

Prabhu, сan you help us? Please tell us how we can best act according to Srila Prabhupada's words.
However, it is currently not possible to install Deities in individual buildings.

Perhaps it would be more correct to leave only one Deity and worship only Him? To avoid offenses.

If they cannot build a  separate temple, the solution is to have a  separate altar for the Narasimha deity.  Lord narasimha deity should not be on the same altar with Radha Krsna or Lord Jagannatha.

If that is not possible, they can keep a picture of Lord Narasimha separate from the Jagannatha or other deities.

Hare Krsna!

Thank you Prabhu.
I will pass it on to senior devotees.

But is it allowed if there are Jagannath Deities in the temple, and the image of Sri Sri Radha Krsna, so that the main Deities of the temple are Sri Sri Prahlad-Nrsimha?

The temple is called Sri Sri Prahlad-Nrsimha.

I think that everything is very confused here. And the rules of seniority of the Deities are not observed.

Sorry for so many questions. But I'm trying to understand how it should be.

The whole Nrsimha Deities issue started when the GBCs proclaimed western governments were demonic and wanted to destroy Hare Krishna. But that wasn't really the case. Police, prosecutors and local authorities have taken action against devotees for grossly violating local laws. Devotees who had no valid papers were imported into the temples, no permits for collecting money and distributing books were obtained, devotees often caught stealing things because they had no money, etc., etc. The fact that the temples were run to the outside like a monastery with monks and nuns made the authorities take a closer look what was going on there. And then to say we must worship Nrsimha Deities because they are all demons out there is of course silly. It was a good distraction for the GBC gurus. They have registered with the local authorities as the legal heirs to the buildings, farms, and Govinda restaurants as the new private owners while the rank&file devotees struggled with court hearings.
