Isha das was secretary to Satsvarupa das Goswami in the late seventies. After many chaotic moves and even a house fire, 20 years later he discovered a cassette tape in a box.

It was a Back to Godhead magazine interview of Tamal Krishna Goswami by Satsvarupa, taken days after Srila Prabhupada had departed on Nov. 14,1977.

The interview was sanitized by Satsvarupa for publication, and now for the first time we present the omitted and shocking audio portions wherein Tamal claims Srila Prabhupada wanted an assisted suicide by being given “medicine” to “die now.”

Of course, a medicine to die is poison. Thus Tamal effectively admits the poisoning of Srila Prabhupada.

SATSVARUPA: For Back to Godhead we’re going to have a memorial issue dedicated to Srila Prabhupada. I had an interview with Tamal Krishna. I asked him what were his duties as secretary, but then it gets into all the nectar about Prabhupada.

AND GURU TATTVA ISSUES ARE SEPARATE

Discovering and revealing truths regarding Srila Prabhupada’s disappearance pastimes is an important service to Srila Prabhupada and his movement, and it should be done consistent with the highest standards of Vaishnava conduct. Those engaged in this service will certainly and naturally have diverse perspectives regarding the continuation of the disciplic succession in Srila Prabhupada’s movement. Each issue must stand on its own research and evidence. The “poison issue” are not an agenda or plot to promote any opinion about guru tattva, and it is the duty and right of any Srila Prabhupada follower to participate, regardless of his persuasions on other issues. The Truth Committee also recognizes the separation of these issues.

Please re read what was said. There is no indication of admitting or alluding to "poisoning."  He wanted to be freed from any and all managerial dealings but,that never occurred.  That is the likely reference.  My god, turn your brains back on! Like, seriously, someone is going to admit to a crime? And, better yet, have it printed in BTG?
