Prabhupada: Chaitanya Mahaprabhu does not say that only one person will take any place. Chaitanya Mahaprabhu says that everyone must be Guru. Do you understand? Everyone be a Guru, but be a Guru in the exact way that I (Chaitanya Mahaprabhu) instruct. Not in any other way by mental concoction. Then things will go on.
RamKrishna Bajaj: But Chaitanya Mahaprabhu was alone
Prabhupada: Chaitanya Mahaprabhu says I cannot do this mission alone and I do not have the Sakti (power) alone, it is not possible. Chaitanya Mahaprabhu also asked everyone to help and assist Him to spread this preaching and mission to the whole world. This is what Chaitanya Mahaprabhu has said.

Dear Jitarati Prabhu,
The second Audio link that you sent me is the conversation between two Indian guests and Srila Prabhupada which is divided into two parts. Shri Narayana, the first guest is speaking with Prabhupada in Hindi (which I have translated word to word) and is a pleasant, respectful and devotional conversation (at least externally). The conversation is occasionally mixed in English by both Srila Prabhupada and his disciples preaching the philosophy. Finally in the second part towards the end, the other Indian guest RamKrishna Bajaj asks Srila Prabhupada’s permission to speak with him alone (and of course in Hindi which I have also translated word to word).
The first guest Shri Narayana seems externally nonpolitical and is quite surprised at RamKrishna’s request and asks him whether he also should leave the room, but RamKrishna tells him not to do so and stay. But then Shri Narayana very soon whispers to RamKrishna Bajaj. So although at first Shri Narayana seems non political, the whispers are a bit confusing as to whether they had together pre –planned to ask the private question to Srila Prabhupada or not. They were both however from the same preaching group leading a delegation who had come to Vrndavana at that time.
The following is my Translations after hearing very carefully this second audio link. It is strictly from the Hindi conversation only. I have not added the English parts as you can refer to them from the Folio Transcript and they are self explanantory. I can send you that in a separate e mail. BBT in Folio of course does not mention any details of the entire Hindi conversations as they did not bother to engage a devotee to translate the Hindi part. So the following is translated by myself in detail from Hindi to English for your reference:
Part 1
Shri Narayana: How is your health, is there any little improvement? .
Prabhupada : A little improvement.
Shri Narayana: We heard that you were getting ready to attend a preaching program in the night to go to Delhi and then Mayapur, but later in the morning we found out that you are still here (in Vrndavana) and not attending. We think this is a good idea, as it requires some strength to go there.
Prabhupada: There is some risk in going .
Shri Narayana : You did the right thing not going there.Weather is also very good here.
Prabhupada: The car was also broken. (Rest is then spoken in English by Prabhupada and his disciples, you can refer to the Folio Transcript)
Shri Narayana: Weather is good and we hope by God’s grace your health gets better, We have informed everyone in our delegation about your preaching program and that your health is not good. We have also informed them about this Gita Culture, Indian culture that you have preached to the whole world and you have done benefit “Para Upakara” for the whole world.
Prabhupada: This is Indian culture:
Shri Narayana : You yourself said that this Gita culture and Indian culture is the same.
Prabhupada: (Agreeing) It is the same
Prabhupada: (and his disciples continues to preach in English the philosophy) .
Shri Narayana: We and our whole delegation saw the two films and liked them very much, one is “New Vrndavana “-----
Prabhupada: (Speaking in English ) People of the world they are hankering after this (Knowledge), unfortunately we are miser we are not giving them this - - -
Shri Narayana: (Speaking in English ) All that they should get
Shri Narayana: You were saying that In our own country (India) there is no shortage of this culture. And despite so much preaching done by yourself in the Western World and here (India), you were complaining that you could not get the locals to join your movement to train them in this culture. This is because despite the abundance of this culture here and your preaching, the strange thing is that our own Indians are chasing the Western ways of enjoying sinful life. You have preached so wonderfully in the western world.
Prabhupada: (Speaking in English to his disciples and preaching in English )
RamKrishna Bajaj: Swamiji, regarding our informing to the delegation about your preaching work, Shri Narayana Ji will speak to you. But we do not desire to speak in details so as to not tire you unecessarily
Shri Narayana: We want to go out and inform everyone about your glories and pray to God that - - - - -
Prabhupada (Joking): But you do not believe in God (Prabhupada probably said this because they may both have been from some impersonalist movement who do not recognize Krsna in His ultimate Bhagavan Form . This is my understanding, I could be wrong) .
Shri Narayana and RamKrishna Bajaj: Both laughing
Prabhupada: (says some words that is not immediately understandable, but with the context of encouraging them that he is speaking lightly with them. Shri Narayana responses by saying “Yes” and slightly laughing again, and then reciprocates the encouragement by making the following pleasant statement to Prabhupada )
Shri Narayana: Our holy request to you and humble submission is that your life is not over and you still have to do a lot of work. Now you have just begun this great work. Now you have done in millions but it should be multiplied to billions in the whole world. And to do this you must use your full will power to become healthy and continue living
Prabhupada: But everything I have organized is in a quite sound and solid state
Shri Narayana : Organization is sound but - - - - -
Prabhupada: Now you all are present here, please accept it and forward it
Shri Narayana: Of course we accept it and will forward it around, but what you have done in these 10-11 years - - - -
Prabhupada: I have not done anything
Shri Narayana: Yes, God has made you do it
Prabhupada: I have just presented it
Shri Narayana: That is okay, but you have to still continue it
Prabhupada: Yes, that is why these people (referring to his disciples) are here, and you people also must help to accept and preach it, then the work will go on
Shri Narayana: Of course, we will help you to spread this movement, so many people from our delegation in India have come, and they will also help to expand
Prabhupada: Everyone wants to accept this culture, everyone one is tired of materialism and this western sinful life
Shri Narayana: But in our own country (India) nobody is tired , they are chasing after the western ways of life
RamKrishna Bajaj: They are thirsty and hankering for this materialism
Shri Narayana: They are drinking (alchohol)
Prabhupada: They (local Indians) are fools. The previous British administration made so many Indians fools by making them follow their culture. Then they left India.
Shri Narayana: They (local Indians) are fools, chasing a mirage in a desert. But in the western world the response you have received is spiritually magical
Prabhupada: It is natural
Shri Narayana: (speaks in English) “Natural and it is really marvelous how it has happened”
Prabhupada: (speaks in English) They were also hankering and as soon as they got it, they got real life
Shri Narayana: Now for this work you must keep and maintain this body and work strongly with will power. Be cured by will power. What can the doctors do? If you have a strong will power, the doctors can cure you, but if you do not have will power, then the doctors cannot cure you. Thus with will power please get up and again do this work. This is our humble submission. Please do not think that now your work is complete and others will do the work. Your physical presence is very necessary.
Prabhupada. My presence is necessary, but your presence is also required
Shri Narayana: Of course we will do our part in helping, but you are you, we can never imitate you
Prabhupada: Alone what I can do?

RamKrishna Bajaj: Swamiji, if you give permission, I would like to speak with you something in private. So please ask these people (in the room) to leave.
Shri Narayana: I will also leave?
RamKrishna Bajaj: No, No. You can stay.
RamKrishna Bajaj (to Prabhupada) : I want to speak my mind alone with you if you give permission
Prabhupada (to Tamal Krishna): You can go, they will talk with me something
Shri Narayana: (to Prabhupada): he (RamKrishna Bajaj) wants to talk something with you
Tamal Krishna: You want us to go outside Srila Prabhupada ?
Shri Narayana to RamKrishna Bajaj: (Whispering) : You speak here, it will be good. (Then he whispers again in a local dialect to RamKrishna Bajaj)
RamKrishna Bajaj (to Prabhupada): Swamiji, you must have considered everything, but our insignificant intelligence is posing one or two questions and we want to ask you. As for the work that you have done in these 10 years, it is wonderful and we are all amazed. But our worry is that (for example) yesterday when we met, we noticed that your attention is more and more leaning towards going back to God, Isvara. In that situation what communication and relationship exists between yourself and God Isvara, that we cannot understand. And when God Isvara will call you, we also do not know. And whether you yourself know this specific point, that we also do not know. But our worry is that such a big organization that if you do not stay here anymore, then you must have considered something. We are worried that such a big organization preaching the Hindustan Philosophy in this world in such a big way will be affected adversely. We do not know. So that is why we are presenting this worry before you. You must have considered something and made a plan. We do not know when Bhagavan will take you back, tomorrow for instance, He can take you back anytime at His will. So then what will happen?
Prabhupada; No, He (God) will help
RamKrishna Bajaj: Which way? But is it that only one personality will take your place, or 5, 10, 20 people together will take your place?

Why would a disciple of Prabhupada stoop so low as to concoct such a bogus quote? Usually, it's simply an underhanded attempt by big, big rascals, who are pretending to be Vaishnavas, to try to bring Prabhupada down to their own level of arrogance!
In the case of the infamous "Your love for me will be shown by how much you cooperate to keep this institution together after I am gone" quote, it's also an attempt by self-motivated rascals to control their underlings by saying, in effect, "Obey me, otherwise you're not showing your love for Prabhupada!"
In the case of the obviously bogus, "My books will be the law books for the next 10,000 years" quote, it's also an attempt to motivate book distributors so that they work harder and thus bring more money back to the temples and, indirectly, the BBT. 😠

Below are some more comments by The translator, Devakinandana Prabhu.
"Gbc and Iskcon leaders have cheated us for
over 40 Years. You can also add a comment when you send out the message that when Ramkrishna asks Prabhupada if it is 1 person or 5,10,20 together that will take his place, Prabhupada rejects both. This clearly shows that Prabhupada never ever conceived of
the 11 Zonal Acaryas in his mind even as late as 2nd Nov 1977.
The RTVIK teaching that everyone acts as a
Siksa Guru according to their individual respective spiritual advancement perfectly fits Prabhupad’s comment on Lord Chaitanya asking everyone to be a Guru, but in the way He instructs, and not by our own mental conception.
The GBC purposely avoided publicly displaying this translation for 40 Years. Bhakti
Charu was definitely present that day, and met with the two guests. Although not in the room, still he would have clearly known Prabhupad’s reply by discussion with Prabhupada and the guests informally later. And later on also Gopal Krishna, etc. All they
need to do is to hire an independent Indian speaker, not even necessarily a devotee, but who has a little bit of culture and piety to understand some of the devotional sentiments expressed to translate this whole conversation."
Apart from this it is very suspicious how that devotee barged into the room and then the recording stopped.
If you listen to the next section of that days recording it is clear that Tamal was standing just outside the door and in great anxiety. Nobody would get past him and nobody would come into the room and turn off the tape without an order to do so.
Why, is the question we should all ask?
